Electronic length measuring device OctaGauge

The OctaGauge length measuring device can be operated with all inductive half-bridge probes with standard compatibility. It features RS232 / RS485 / USB and network interfaces. Software updates, remote maintenance and programming of customer-specific solutions are possible. In addition to absolute measurement, factor and 2-step calibration can be used. All measured values can be linked in common arithmetic operations – with 2 known values, angles can also be calculated and displayed (decimal or degrees/minutes/seconds). Different measurement types (absolute, min, max, differential = max-min and average) can be selected – up to 32 results can be generated and linked mathematically. All values can be read directly via USB as a CSV file – no additional PC required! The OctaGauge is a standalone measuring computer, optimized for pneumatic measurement with converters, but also suitable for many other measurements in manufacturing. Complete automation with data transfer to machine tools or cells is possible.
