Nirschl Präzisionsmechanik Held & Plaschke GmbH originated from Nirschl GmbH, which was founded in the early 1970s by master craftsman and guild member Wilhelm Nirschl. With its many years of experience and a machinery park capable of handling any challenge, Nirschl GmbH always stood for a high level of quality. This was even recognized at the Munich Trade Fair for Skilled Crafts by the Bavarian State Government with the Bavarian State Prize in the form of a gold medal for "outstanding craftsmanship." In 2001, long-time employees Roman Held and Michael Plaschke took over the machinery and all employees, thus founding Nirschl Präzisionsmechanik – Held & Plaschke GmbH. The first step was to invest heavily in technology to expand the existing product range. Devices for measuring all types and sizes of fixtures available on the market were manufactured. This led to the development of our new product, pneumatic length measuring technology, which we have been producing since 2001, initially only for our own use. Due to increased customer demand, we officially launched this product on the market in 2004, with steadily growing success. Throughout all these years, we have consistently delivered components to our customers on time, and it is precisely through our continuous maintenance of our high quality standards that we have achieved the status of a top-tier supplier for all our clients.
